So far, I have yet to meet anyone here associated with TAC that would fit that description, but I will keep an eye out. If I did, I would be out of there myself.
We both know where we stand, so I will continue to do what I do whenever I am bored and you can hope that Black Range keeps everything completely compliant. I am happy that they are now bringing in water for their one-drill operation from a legitimate source. It does cost Black Range more than sucking water from a creek without an approved administrative exchange, but that is the cost of doing business in an area with limited water.
