Personally, I don't see how it could be a misunderstanding since Black Range has been in the area for some time dealing with the water commissioners on administrative water exchanges, but I suppose anything is possible.......

Are far as me posting here, do you have a problem with getting information about this project/company from all viewpoints or do you just want the ones that tell you what you want to hear? Why do you post here?
