What I know is that this industry is full of examples of irresponsible practices that result in the US taxpayer holding the bag when they walk away from the damage they cause in search of the almighty dollar. Is that the case here? Only time will tell. Feel free to call me and TAC all the names you want if it make you feel better. But it does not change the fact that I will continue to hold Black Range (or any other company that comes into the area) to the highest standard possible and I will not rely on the government to do it since they do not have a great track record either.

If you would like to have a discussion sometime about the Fremont Master Plan for the Mountain area, I can educate you on why people thought they were relatively safe investing in residential property in this area. Since you do not have all the facts, your assumptions have little merit.
