so, the real issue.....is it real estate values that an industry has challenged or the use of water by BLR?

In the first thread post you start with "VERY specific" and then say "....no regard for the conditions...." so is there one condition or two or several?

I am curious about that because of your need to invoke the real estate issue on more than one occasion.

I fully agree that an industry can be an impact on a residential area, been there, suffered that! So, if you put the water question aside, where does the real estate investment figure into the conversation on this thread?

Like many who hold this stock I am keen to see that the water question gets dealt with correctly.

The water question is a separate issue to the land value question.

Once any water question is fully realized/dealt with then the land value question is still yours to handle in your own way, whether to move onto somewhere else and is not a question for us, here on this thread. Trading real estate is just that, whether it is called investing or not....at some point the property is bought and at some point the property is sold and that is a trade even if its under the guise of "investment" If you had bought the property and flipped it at a profit, prior to BLR operations, would you have cared? Probably not!.....

What the industry HAS done in the past is not relevant to what BLR is doing in the present. The post I am replying to poses that there are current practices within the industry that have a cause and effect in an ongoing way but you fail to quote what those 'practices' actually are, by whom and where the are taking place......again, if such things/actions exist they are not of the current operation by BLR. By that, you are inferring that BLR is doing everything else in a reasonable and empathetic manner.

I think it very important not to mix the actionable logic with emotional logic and in that way you'll bring more people to your point of view.
