exit point... just trying to figure that one out myself :)
one would assume with the japan drama away and dusted, and a proper JORC, further than the last run up anyway.
one thing ive noticed looking over a few speccy charts with the fast run up scenario, if you bail after a daily close below 5 day EMA, thats usually as close to the top you can get it without exit too early. waiting for cross of middle bollinger is way too late.
sometimes it makes one failed attempt at the top after that, so you can nearly catch the whole run if your game, AND it happens...
personally, i wouldnt put a large parcel on one of these, unless it was a LT hold.
theres such big profits in double, triple or more on a run anyway, and such high risk, sometimes you go to the shops for a loaf of bread, and its all over! it doesnt warrant putting too many eggs in the basket.
that way, if you screw up, you can always wait for the next pump, youll lose only time not money, provided of course there are real fundamentals at stake, and you are not leveraged.
