I dont see anything other then a warning being passed onto blr for this. if they have strict rules in the CUP(which i havent read) im thinking there will be a first, second and final warning on this type of activity before any serious action is taken.
we will see, kev has given us a good detailed view on what is happening there, they are protecting their patch, blr will protect their interests. the commissioners are in the middle and have to decide between them both.
Its just the same as the CSG drillers and Queensland landholders
