    So Kalenn, we're back to where this discussion started and will continue to go around in circles until a logical answer is agreed upon.

    Why would the directors wait until the share price is 18c before they use their own money to take up their stock options?

    Why wouldn't directors just buy there shares now on the open market at 5.8c, at a 12.3c discount per share to their stock options?

    Where is the incentive for directors in the 18c stock options offered by the company?

    "The company doesn't fork out the funds" Though you maybe right on this account, the company will most likely just increase the share registry to cover the share options offered up or already have them in treasury.
