Don't they only need to pay the strike price of 2 or 3c to convert their free options into ordinary shares once the price hits 18c hence a massive windfall for them plus an extra wad of cash injected into the company, thats why its in their best interest to get the s.p. up to 18c by sept otherwise their options expire worthless? thats my take on the subject but please correct me if im wrong.
