Which are?

I am trying to explain the process and interpret what the document says. I am more than happy for the company or anyone here to prove me wrong or have a different opinion.

This is what I do for a crust so I'm used to reading the terms and wordings of things. I see those types of documents everyday. Does that mean I know whats going on? Nope but it helps give me a little clarity.

I am no way at all trying to downramp, just trying to be a voice of reason and perhaps calm expectation down so people don't get hurt if it takes longer or isn't quite what they expected.
