Thanks for your insight. However, in reading your rationale I wonder if you are suggesting the clock just started with this announcement? I would argue the clock started some months back and may be further advanced than many suspect.

There was another finance arrangement tentatively in place at the end of last year that fell over. I imagine they have been working on this one for many months. In fact, I would argue that the ability of the company to openly announce yesterday is a product of how well advanced this was. Did notice Andy seemed to work the other side of the deal table and sounded more confident? Or is that just my bias showing :)
