My time frame was for the entire process so not necessarily from the announcement. For AVB to make an announcement like they did about funding, gives me the same impression as you, which is this process is already underway and has been for sometime.

If you compare this announcement to say RXM's MOU from the other day you will see they are in different places. RXM feels like its at the beginning of the process whereas AVB just need to provide more info/ data to the bank and let the bank work through the process, so I am in complete agreement with you.

All I was attempting to do was help people read into "banking terms" and then provide some indicative time frames around certain areas that are yet to be done.
