they are real healthcare specialists and have been active in managing and co-managing capital raisings of similar size for quite a number of companies in recent months.
I don't think they were named on the original S-1 draft in June? If that's the case, they will have been appointed more recently.
It is good to have a firm of true specialists, and with current market experience that is directly relevant, on board.
