Without doubt at all, our Plato and surrounding prospects are classified potentially into 'Magmatic (Nickel) Sulphide Ore Deposit". This means all potential Nickel-Copper with Cr or PGM are originated by magma activity.

In general (by geophysics), magma comes from deeper portion of earth.
    Something like springs on well.

If see most recent company announcement on 27/6/2014 Conductors Detected at Plato Prospect in Fraser Range, Figure 3, Revised Schematic Geological Cross Section with RC & DC Samples, we can also imagine its shape is exactly like flowing magma from under somewhere.

IMO, this is why it said on page 1, The FLEM survey over Plato has identified a deep conductor on the southern margin of Plato, which possibly relates to a feeder sill or conduit and page 4, The presence of magmatic sulphides in the Plato rocks suggests that further exploration should be directed at locating more primitive, relatively olivine-rich, feeder-type sills and conduit rocks, such as the picritic sills that host the giant Norils'k Ni-Cu deposit and page 5, The conclusion has led to a reappraisal of the company's low level detailed 100m line spaced airborne magnetic data, to identify magnetic lows which could represent feeder sills or conduits containing massive sulphides.

IMO, like above articles, company's prime focus is to find "feeder sills or conduit rocks".
Detected conductor must be "feeder sills or conduit rocks" containing massive nickel sulphide by scientific findings. We have not to defame scientists' great achievement by down-ramping purpose biased personal view.
