Although we could “go at it alone” on SDV with cash at bank, POSCO funds, and future Mt C cash, I don’t think management would want to do that.
It’ll be prudent to have funds for the other projects/contingency cash, and that’s why “in the unlikely event” of no deal, management would look at other financing options.
