I don't think the co' is being disingenuous about partnering conversations (Big Pharma as we like to label it in HC), where I see the mismatch is in the detail or the extrapolation from us (me) that it means an imminent deal... MisterMister, you are right on the money, when you say it has been touted for 2 years, but has never had any meat on the bone.
What is clear to me is that there will be no partnering (for knee OA distribution) until the FDA has green lighted this IND at a minimum....
PR stated that very clearly (to my ears) on the Tuesday call "Our priority is to get this IND open" (I will go back and listen to exact quote....)
