A lot happening. Bids and counter bids for RCI. If RCI receive a Bidders Statement in the next couple of weeks RCI's Targets Statement will include an Experts Report whihc will be issued before BWN's.
The Takeovers Panel should release their "Reasons for Decision" shortly. It should be informative.
I am happy to arrange a conference call for former and current shareholders to ask me questions about what has happened, why has the Review Panel overturned the decision of the first Panel, what are their rights, etc (bearing in mind I cannot give investment advice).
