Hi Sam
My main question now relate:
- Do we have a case to pursue a class action as BWN and BWNO shareholders for investment losses we have incurred. The Australian Takeovers Panel has made it's decision of unacceptable circumstances during the bidding process. So you would think that this would be sufficient to open up a case for damages. Would this be directed at BWN Directors?
- Do we have a case to have the options extended, e.g. if we find out that our shares are worth more than originally deemed by Bhushan's offer, we only have 2 weeks to decide what we want to do in terms of exercising the options. Given all of the bullshit that has ocurred at a Corporate level with BWN and the attempted takeover, do we have a case to get the options extended for say 12 months. Who should we speak to about this, ASIC or the Takeovers Panel.
All the best
