Yes, I agree they have left themselves wide open for a class action.
Hopefully, we can get a major player bidding for Bowen Energy over the next few weeks, which will basically mean that the shares that Bhushan can be sold to another bidder (by those shareholders that have sold), this would amount to a controlling interest in the compnay, especially if the options are used aswell.
