What a lovely change to receive so much positive news.
Bill has done great work and Anvil's progress is fantastic.

The US$100 million debt might be a worse case scenario?
After paying Congo $150 million and expense of planned infrastructure ???

We hope that the request for the payment will be eliminated after negotiations with Congo Government.
If must be hopefully a smaller figure paid over a period of 20 years would be a more acceptable type of outcome.
