    I've been thinking more about why $100 million. How much would it cost to start a 15000 tonne "expandable" SXEW operation at Kulu? $75-$85 million?

    Bill mentioned this morning that US$8 million, about 50% of the 2008 exploration budget would be spent around Kolwezi, one of the worlds most important copper provinces. If a SXEW plant gets the go ahead, and from all indications it will. Production based on the pipeline of projects, Kulu SXEW would begin operation Q2 2010. Construction to start Q3 2008. So where is the money coming from?

    Q3 2008 we will be getting some drill results from Mutoshi. I bet they won't be too shabby. Enough to prove up a significant resource for Stage II Kulu down the track.

    So I think $100 million for construction of a SXEW plant at Kulu. What do you good folks reckon?
