i dont think its a case at all of them not being able to sell it !

look at the EBITDA and the EBITDA forecasts for the stella group!

Who would wanna sell that??

Obviously the biz is doing exceptionally well and beyond expectations.

They prob realise that theyd be able to flog it off in a few years at a much higher price, given the growth forecasts and current bouyant trading conditions

Also see they made two more acquisitions!

This stock is looking the good long-term.
