Whilst a lot of the test data has been compromised by a parent coughing or a nurse coughing Tony indicated that they can cleanse some of that data. In essence that data set is not completely lost and will be very useful moving forward.
Tony has indicated that it will be roughly 5-6 months to get to the point they wanted to be now if the results out of the US were ok. It would seem the access to patients in the US and how long it takes to get the RAP product in front of the patient has tripped them up.
My quick take is that all is not lost, they believe in their product and they have just stuffed up on the way they have undertaken the trials in the US. They have only had the final data for 72 hours so they are still determined to take this forward. It would appear that all the right people on the approval side of the fence in the US are still keen. Plenty of work to do, in fact a bucket load but this will come back and move forward. They have the cash to get through this as well.

Good summary.
A bit of poor planning and failure to see potential difficulties (that could have been addressed with a dry run program in a simulated ER setting) has tripped them up big time.
I'll hold for the year and wait for the new study.
I would have picked up some more at under 6s - but now think I'll just hold and maybe pick up some on any dips over the next six months.
