I'll take the bait and say radiation fears ARE rubbish, political risks exist to some degree, but fortunatelythe licence is in the hands of aelb, people who know their stuff, as opposed to randoministers as you are im plying. Thus that makes it harder, although not possible for a new government to potentially influence.
