Well things are heating up now:

1. Adding additional products
2. Expanding clean room and manufacturing capacity
3. Commercial pipeline is teaming with opportunities

But the most telling was the Big Fella saying that they deals to come with upfront payments attached for exclusivity (like the Sanofi deal) and that they are not looking at doing a secondary stock offering as they are happy with what's coming. So he then warned that if any with short positions are looking to cover in a secondary offering (which is what shorts prey on until it happens) then they wont have the chance.

With around 80 percent of the free float on Nasdaq held by Institutions/larger holders it could get rather interesting and very quickly as upfront payments are lurking and multiple deals get inked.
