I shouldn't have listened to that conference call at 2 am in the morning, not concentrating properly, I have re listened to the call and you are correct, although John Holaday doesn't specifically say he was not aware of the FDA's position up until the briefing notes were released, we can only hope this is the case.
John Holaday is basically saying they have been mislead by the FDA.
Under these circumstances a please explain from the FDA is in order, why has the FDA not made it clear of their position prior to the Adcom meeting.
Take us all into a trading halt blinded then tell us, a big fat NO, this is a complete disgrace.
