I think the 10c open is fair value, don't go listening to any analysts- they don't have a clue. Fonda is dying, and the company needs to raise equity without a viable pipeline. With the experience of MGMT they should beable to pull of some kind of equity raising, but it's going to come at a further cost to shareholders.
