The advantage of it also is the product is still out there competing against others which might force the hand of someone interested in the IP to pay up and either get it out of the market or use it themselves.Having the best IP is irrelevant if it's not out there selling. Our competitors would have cracked the champagne when our factory closed.Now they get away with selling an inferior product and the market won't know we exist.
