Gold Valley will pay for the $1.4m upfront for the Mullewa storage area, but this will be offset against logistics and port services. Perhaps it's cheaper for Gold Valley to stockpile ore at Mullewa until they have a shipment than using FEX port storage. This arrangement still puzzles me.
