If memory serves me correctly the comment was in relation to FID. FID this year is too aggressive. That seems little surprise. Even if you took an absolute best case view on BTA's all coming out over say the next 3 months that doesn't leave much time to then kick financing into gear and get that all sorted in order to then make a go decision.
