given the circumstances re: previous time frame announcements for potential BTAs which are now 2 years and counting overdue (excuses/reasons.....yes there is)
...this stock is a gamble and month by month year by year it becomes a bigger gamble .....
..i still believe (hope) BTAs will be forthcoming and the SP can go back to $4 + ....but geez on some days i feel like we may have a dud and we have been fooled by all the potential .....
