Staff are just there for their pay cheques and rarely informed about products. Maybe that’s just weekends perhaps but still. Perhaps an in-store product rep might help. Might be too expensive. Maybe a few you tube instructional loops at the relevant shelf. Most people should have no idea what these devices can do. Energy save, infra red vision, app connected etc. I did did look at the LIFX display at one store and I was not impressed I must say. I would like like to see quite a bit more instructional info on these products. I wanted an an outdoor light that can be turned on by phone app on arrival home. One documents says not to use a particular light outdoors (can’t get wet) while another says it’s ok. also wanted some down lights for my daughters room so She might turn the lights off while at the other end of the house. However the connection is not the spike style. Don’t know if they are available or only the other type. Some p roduct info would help. website seems to focus on what it looks like but I’m sure many people who can afford $100+ light globes need to feel confident that they are easy to install and operate before they commit. so I’d like to see more practical info.

If they sold hundreds in store each week you could expect more from Bunnings, but I doubt they would sell more than 100 LifX and hue combined across the country in a weekend
