You are right and deserve to ask the question as the share price has gone down by more than 65% last year alone. it is very depressed to watch and to be angry when the director has no regards whatsoever for their shareholders.

They just use the company funds to do trial and error and cannot plan at all. When sheet hits the fan, they just full of bs excuses.

but i I tell you what. DM is the not worst director. I have seen worst where one director cannot delivered anything apart from attacking people when they questioned him on Hotcopper! he spent his entire time scrolling though someone’s post and report them.
