And yet you post this showing a complete lack of understanding about the Candle. It's not available at brick and mortar retailers - never has been. Was released only on the Lifx.com website. Was a new product the company had marketed well in advance. There is no acceptable excuse the company will give you which is why it seems they have ignored you and didn't discuss it.
