There are two arena's. The ASX is for shareholders, or prospective shareholders. Announcements here will be of most interest to investors. Social media is where the buyers will be. Your average company director or IOT manager will spend a lot of time on social media and they are the ones we want to reach. A good ASX announcement is pretty much after the fact and keeps investors happy.
