Well you have your change in substantial now WB and it does seem Quantum sold 3m shares last week but if you look back through the course of sales for last week the one that stands out was the ~2.5m and that was done as an off market cross so you may well be right and this is for some reason passing from one entity to another related entity rather than a true liquidation......but in reality we will never know. It does however appear to have stopped today.
