Would you mind elaborating on the 100,000 acre target statement though?

Pooling (i.e. neighbours pooling with other neighbours to lease a combined acreage) is a standard procedure in O&G leasing, however I'm not quite sure what the 'spacing' component refers too, when it comes down to increased net acreage.

Increased well spacing (i.e. well density) doesn't increase total net acreage, so I'm assuming it's referring to something else?

On another note it seems like from what you've posted RFE isn't desparate to JV anytime soon. Infact if they're looking at drilling 40 wells next year, it's possible that they could approach this project alone and HBP their acreage through self-operation.
