Call me impatient...but i have a gut feeling that we could be on here in December still hoping the Togo ann will be out any day now... not discrediting any posters or their research, but even though there are guidline timeframes in place, Africa is another beast.

Im from South Africa, and everything, EVERYTHING is done half assed and double time. Am now in the 5th year of an estate settlement, 4 of which has been trying to get a bank to release information. Between lawyers, policy, postal services and red tape, we have been treading water for a while.

Obviuously that is unrelated to the matter at hand, but my point is, something that should take 30 days, could 30 months. I seriously hope I am wrong and am just being cyncial, but its a distinct possibilty...

Regardless i am holding long and strong. I think we will hear about Balkans et al prior to Togo, hence managements playing down of Togo as a small fish.
