Ah yes, but were talking 'security of supply' and ex China supply.
Reading between the lines IMO the Japanese debt holders have already agreed to these prices increases as part of the renegotiations back in September.
This signals the Japanese are serious about paying a premium for an on-spec product as well as 'security of supply' into the future.
