my theory (all imho) is that this co is basically in caretaker mode until the royalty comes online.. in the meantime, burn through cash chasing multiple different projects in a scattergun approach, to time it just perfectly to run down an enormous cash reserve to require a raise JUST before the royalties kick in and the company picks up some momentum.. asx 101.
