I never had very much confidence in 2008 until Nicks masterstroke with the rights issue. I'd put MCO's JV with Ample rise in the same category. I'm hoping this may end up saving MCO this time. There's no doubt Nick can do something again, but this time IMO he's played a few cards already. It's going to be harder.

Agree that they are further ahead but they should be much further ahead. They also have made some bad calls. One is this detailess loan deal with the Russians. This deal should have been watertight. It wasn't.
