Thanks melua for acknowledging that. I feel sorry for you that you sold out when you did, having ridden it the whole way through 2009. Still, you made some bucks. Life could be worse.
Shareholder apathy at meetings is all too apparent and it is the apathy of the BEPPA holders who do not vote at all that will mean the large yes voters will win the day.
My guestimate (until I see an updated BEPPA top 20 list) is that if 50% of the BEPPA shares were voted yes, it would be most unlikely that 25% out of the remaining 50% would vote no and therefore the vote will go through. I suspect almost all of the recent volume will vote the deal in. BAM and friends are putting themselves into a can't lose situation.
