Hopefully carrying a plan that has the sweep tossed out and can accommodate the future payment schedule. A whole new boardroom will probably be required to carry it off as well.

It will make for an interesting AGM discussion anyway.

Either way, I think PD Ports is gone. Timing is too close to avoid the ramifications of not being paid. Banks will need to approve also. The depth of the pockets will affect BBI's some way or another.
