    The problem with 'confiidence' of Sinosteel that you mention is that it is not backed up by funding for CDU by them.

    The setting up of a data room further suggests Sinosteel is not sufficiently confident to be a financier to CDU... as it such would not be needed if they were.

    Sinosteel is taking CDU's money, only, at this stage and not the other way around.
