The Oz sheeple are already out of the market and betting big on Term Deposits (much like the Greeks from 2008- early 2010, worked out great for them)...
There's a few leveraged funds around and most of the recent exiting is by them.
Have you had a look at the Azeribaijani Stock market of late? there's one hot bit of pie :)
I'm expecting a post 1992 type run at some stage :)
