To promote the company with shareholders and other graphite miners , I believe the Directors should ....(1) immediately cancel the CR shortfall offer of 9c . The current market price of 8.7c will continue while this cheap shortfall offer hangs over our head. The current kitty of $4m will last us for 6 months unless Directors increase their renumeration further . So why not cancel the low 9c B.B. shortfall offer and start to demonstrate a true belief that TON indeed is worth far more. Why impose reduced share value dilution on holders when we are constantly told by the board of what a great product we have ? (2) make all efforts to fast track a production contract to enhance the " strategic alliance "with GK. Lets get an income stream of a few $$$$ from an alliance with GK and then the future of TON is extremely bright. (3) Instead of handing out massive salaries to the board accompanied by large bonuses , the issuing of which is also determined by fellow board members "wink wink". The board members should demonstrate the capacity to rejuvenate this jewel of a mining company. Don't flog it for peanuts to GMP or their mates at 9c WE ARE BETTER THAN THAT !!! Merlin
