Kudos on you for your report.of views. Your poibts are completely inconsistent though. First you say that full ramp up could be at any point in the quarter. Now that they cobfirm it will be end of the quarter you say they didnt hit it??? You didnt read the last quarterly?
As far as I am concerned if they are running at 11kt 31st of Dec they are on target.
