I wasnt at the AGM but reading the two presentations I understood it mean that in Q1 2014 they will produce at 11000 ktpa for the full qtr so 2,750kt. I would assume that the ramp up to this level would occur through Dec as they will not just wake up on 01/01/2014 and say "ok lets go turn her up to 100%". In Oct they we about 11% production, Nov looks to be about 38% so Dec maybe increase towards 100%. They are then at 100% already for 01/01/2014 thereby giving a full 2,750 for qtr 1 2014. I think thats what they mean as ramp up. Its a progression. I htought the SP would have gone up based on the presentations. Maybe all the conspiracy theories are correct adn the shorts and keeping it down until they can go long or close their positions. Why you would sell based on todays presentations is beyond me.
