Quite the blood nose this stock is giving any recent buyer. I too am quite surprised! I had thoughts of buying in when the approval was given but glad I didn't.
Why is it falling? I still think a holder is sticking to their exit plan of selling on the announcement. As others have said, this is a thinly traded stock and can swing quite wildly. Hard for a big fund or large shareholder to take/unwind a position.
Fundamentally i think this is a good stock (one that pays a divi too!) I guess if you are in for the long haul, this blow to the share price will pass like all others have.
