    Globally there is confidence in the air and as sure as night follows day VPG will grow with that confidence.........chart formation is showing signs of great accumulation and a breakout to the mid twenties is not out of the question when it does so.
    10.5 cents is not far away in the short term.....Just my opinion.........trade at your on risk.
