Delaying tactics? Get a grip! The debt funding and the conversion of the Sojitz MOU is not something that Kibaran has absolute control over. While it is somewhat dissapointing that they haven't finalized debt funding or the Sojitz deal, I believe that they will eventually get them over the line. Nothing released to date (Including todays announcement) suggests otherwise.
